A long riverside site previously occupied by a filling station and a car garage provides the location for this linear scheme of terraced dwellings, designed to perch on the riverbank of the Glenculllen River.

Dwellings are designed to reflect local terrace typologies using a sensitive palette of roughcast render, light-coloured brick, limestone panels and slatted timber to
create a visually appealing aesthetic in harmony with the natural surroundings.

The proposal seeks to integrate within and improve the town environs – creating much needed infill housing on an underutilized site while providing new pedestrian routes, a riverside walkway, and a positive contribution to the built environment on a primary route into the town.
