The practice is engaged in a longterm masterplanning project for several buildings, public spaces and amenities at the core of Leixslip town, on Kildare's border with County Dublin.

The project aims to reinvigorate the town's main street bringing a number of vacant properties back into use as retail and commercial spaces with living-over-the-shop dwellings above and to draw footfall from the main thoroughfare along routes, courtyards and public spaces to a linear public park at the edge of the river Liffey.
